Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como finalidad identificar los elementos que afectan el desarrollo económico de la empresa TECHNICOLD, debido a una inadecuada organización en sus procesos administrativos específicamente en las funciones que cada uno debe de cumplir en la gestión y que; por ende afectan de manera negativa a la organización. Por tal motivo este proyecto de investigación se enmarcará en determinar la problemática de la empresa, para una mejor compresión de la Tesis se ha dividido en capítulos: en el capítulo I se recabarán todas las teorías y sustentos; el capítulo II cuenta con un diagnóstico del estado actual de la problemática de la empresa en la relación del cumplimiento de las funciones de cada integrante; el capítulo III tendrá como objeto de estudio al personal de la empresa, el mismo que es profundizado con encuestas y entrevistas, en el capítulo IV se presenta la propuesta en donde se establece la solución al problema con la sugerencia del desarrollo de un proceso administrativo, y por último se detallan las conclusiones y recomendaciones del presente trabajo de investigación.
The purpose of this research project is to identify the elements that affect the economic development of the company TECHNICOLD, due to an inadequate organization in its administrative processes specifically in the functions that each one must fulfill in the management and that; therefore, they negatively affect the organization. For this reason this research project will be framed in determining the problems of the company, for a better understanding of the Thesis has been divided into chapters: in chapter I will be collected all the theories and livelihoods; Chapter II has a diagnosis of the current state of the company's problems in relation to the fulfillment of the functions of each member; Chapter III will have as an object of study the personnel of the company, the same one that is deepened with surveys and interviews, in chapter IV the proposal is presented where the solution to the problem is established with the start in development of an administrative process, and finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this research work are detailed.
