Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo el estudio y diseño de mobiliario sostenible, realizado con materiales tradicionales propios de la región, como lo es la caña Guadua y la piedra natural, dicho mobiliario que será incorporado en un área protegida, específicamente en el Bosque protector Cerro Blanco, ubicado en la ciudad de Guayaquil, siendo este uno de los pocos remanentes de bosque seco tropical, actualmente manejado por la fundación Pro-Bosque, un organismo no gubernamental sin fines de lucro. Cuenta con tres senderos naturales, presenta un área donde se realiza el ecoturismo y recreación, es por ello que en este trabajo se investigó las necesidades del turista y visitante dentro del área de recreación; área social o centro de visitantes para que esté en confort con las actividades a realizar y donde la principal fuente de inspiración sea la naturaleza, realizándose entrevistas y encuestas, se consiguió identificar los requerimientos necesarios, como el de implementar un diseño de ingreso, que dé identidad o imagen corporativa al sitio, tipo de mobiliario de descanso, mobiliario para área de picnic y parada informativa, equipamiento que generará una mayor afluencia de visitantes
The objective of the present titling work is the study and design of sustainable furniture, made with traditional materials of the region, such as Guadua cane and natural stone, furniture that will be incorporated in a protected area, specifically in the Forest Protector Cerro Blanco, located in the city of Guayaquil, being one of the few remnants of tropical dry forest, currently managed by the Pro-Bosque foundation, a non-profit non-governmental organization. It has three natural trails, presents an area where ecotourism and recreation is done, that is why in this work the tourist and visitor needs to be investigated within the recreation area; Social area or visitor center so that it is comfortable with the activities to be carried out and where the main source of inspiration is nature, interviews and surveys were carried out, it was possible to identify the necessary requirements, such as the implementation of an income design, Identity or corporate image to the site, type of rest furniture, furniture for picnic area and information stop, equipment that will generate a greater influx of visitors.
