Resumen
En el presente trabajo de titulación se desarrolló un sistema de Información Orientado Al Control De Mantenimientos Preventivos De Hardware dirigido a los clientes de la empresa Sonda del Ecuador, asumiendo como objetivo gestionar los procesos y procedimientos de registros, consultas y búsquedas que se realizan de manera manualmente impidiendo así el retraso y pérdida de tiempo, forjando mayor demanda para el desempeño de sus estándares de calidad y aprobar que los restantes procesos se ejecuten de una manera correcta permitiendo obtener información rápida y precisa. Esto se desarrolló con el apoyo de la herramienta de recolección de datos la encuesta efectuada al personal del área técnica de la empresa Sonda de Ecuador permitiendo darnos cuenta la situación actual sobre el registro de los datos del cliente y como se lleva el control de los mantenimientos preventivos del hardware mediante reportes y búsqueda, para el desarrollo del sistema se utilizó la metodología XP porque trabaja bajo prácticas que fomentan la comunicación, sencillez, realimentación y valentía dividida en varias fases haciendo el desarrollo más fácil y entendible. Este trabajo demuestra que la implementación de la aplicación permitirá realizar, registros y búsquedas de clientes en menor tiempo, así como también realizar reportes inmediatos de los servicios prestados.
In the present final project of graduation, an information system oriented to the control of preventive maintenance of hardware directed to the clients of the company “Sonda of Ecuador” was developed, establishing as an objective to manage the processes and procedures of registries, consultations and searches that are carried out manually avoiding delays and loss of time, generating greater demand for the fulfillment of its quality standards and allowing the other processes to be carried out in a correct way, allowing to obtain fast and accurate information. This was developed with the support of the data collection tool, the survey carried out to the workers of the technical area of the company Sonda of Ecuador in order to realize the current situation on the registry of the data of the client and how the control of the maintenance is carried out Preventive of the hardware through reports and searches, for the development of the system was used XP methodology because it works under practices that encourage communication, simplicity, feedback and courage divided into several phases making development easier and more understandable. This work demonstrates that the implementation of the application will allow to make, register and search for clients in less time as well as to make immediate reports of the provided services.
