Resumen
Para la siguiente investigación se procedió analizar las condicionante del lugar del nuevo edificio municipal en conjunto con el departamento de Control de Edificaciones de la Municipalidad de Salitre, una vez determinado el sitio y lugar del nuevo edificio municipal se procedió a la investigación de las condicionantes de uso, áreas, normas y espacios adecuados para un municipio con la utilización de los Método Científico, Método Reflexivo del Pensamiento y el Método Sistemático, así como la utilización de las técnicas Documental y Entrevista-Encuesta.
Esta investigación permitirá elaborar el documento teórico para el nuevo edificio municipal en Salitre, que analizará y reorganizará las actividades que se ejecuten dentro de los diferentes departamentos, así como la determinación del tipo de trámites a la que los usuarios acuden mayormente al municipio, que a su vez permitirá diseñar y proponer espacios confortables en base a las necesidades requeridas.

This research will allow the preparation of the theoretical document for the new municipal building in Salitre, which will analyze and reorganize the activities carried out within the different departments, as well as the determination of the type of procedures to which the users go to the municipality, In turn will allow design and propose comfortable spaces based on the required needs.
