Resumen
El Cantón Durán de la Provincia del Guayas, está considerada como zona de
planificación # 8 en la nueva clasificación territorial de SENPLADES, está ubicada al margen de
las riveras del Río Guayas con una superficie de 311,76 km² y con una población de 255.769
habitantes. El trabajo investigativo se desarrolla en diferentes etapas, el cual inicia con un
análisis de los problemas existentes y culmina con una solución teórica-práctica y espacial.
En el primer capítulo: se desarrolla el estudio de la realidad y problemas existentes en el
Cantón Durán con respecto a la falta de áreas verdes, de recreación y áreas culturales, con el cual
se plantearán objetivos, justificaciones y delimitaciones del tema propuesto, sin que se produzca
un impacto ambiental en la biodiversidad existente que es necesario como parte del desarrollo
ecológico del parque. En el segundo capítulo: se planteará metodologías investigativas cuyo
trabajo final nos conlleve a una propuesta arquitectónica espacial, donde se describirán las
conceptualizaciones que se necesitara para el estudio del proceso investigativo, se observarán
modelos análogos para analizar: forma, función y estructuras, para así concebir una nueva
propuesta que se adapte a las condiciones del sitio, se analizará el marco social, físico, medio
espacial urbano y medio espacial. El capítulo tercero: se realizará la programación arquitectónica
en la que se analizará y planteará espacios, y áreas que necesitaremos para la propuesta de
diseño. Culminando con los anexos y bibliografías.
The Canton Duran of the Province of Guayas in Ecuador, is considered planning zone # 8 on the new territorial classification SENPLADES, is located outside the banks of the Guayas River with an area of 311.76 square kilometers and with a population of 255,769 inhabitants. The research work is carried out in different stages which begins with an analysis of existing problems and culminates with a theoretical-practical and spatial solution. In the first chapter the study of reality and problems in the Canton Duran regarding the lack of green areas, recreational and cultural areas, which objectives, justifications and boundaries of the proposed issue being raised without resulting develops an environmental impact on the biodiversity that is required as part of the ecological development of the park. In the second chapter research methodologies whose final work may lead us to a spatial architectural proposal, where the conceptualizations that is needed for the study of the investigative process will be described, it is raised similar models were observed to analyze form, function and structures in order to conceive new proposal that fits site conditions, social, physical framework, urban space environment and space environment is analyzed. The third chapter architectural programming which analyze raised spaces and areas that need for the design proposal was made. Culminating with the annexes and bibliographies.
