Resumen
El plan de negocios de la creación de la guardería, se encuentra enfocada hacia los padres y madres de familia que tienen niños de 1 a 5 años, y desean contar con una educación inicial y cuidado para sus niños acorde a la edad en que se están formando. Para realizar la propuesta de este plan de negocio se utilizó, la metodología de la observación y la descripción, se observó etapas diversas donde los niños tiene un periodo de adaptación, los mismos son separados de sus padres y madres para integrarse a la guardería, maternal o institución educativa que oferten los servicios que desean y que cumplan con sus necesidades, aquí descubre que estarán con un gran grupo de niños iguales a ellos. También nos referimos a la viabilidad de este plan de negocios, se efectuó un estudio de mercado para saber qué tipo de demandas necesitaban los padres de familia en lo concerniente al cuidado y educación de sus hijos, aquí se involucran los elementos que se necesitaba para el inicio de este plan de negocio, teniendo como base un Centro de desarrollo integral para la información necesaria y el criterio de los padres de familia de esta institución, y saber cómo eligen y que tipo de estimulación requieren para la enseñanza – aprendizaje de sus niños/as. Al finalizar el proyecto se encontró que se requiere una inversión de $122.000,00 para su apertura total, y recordarles que este plan de negocios es auto sostenible.
