Resumen
El transporte de carga pesada en la ciudad de Guayaquil, donde existe y opera uno de los mayores puertos marítimos del Ecuador, genera incertidumbre en los operadores de Comercio Exterior, las mismas que deben subcontratar otros tipos de agentes que se encarguen del proceso de contrato de fletamento por naves dedicadas a esta actividad y como método económico por reducción de costos para el debido proceso legal en la consecución del documento. De esta forma el estudio conlleva a generar como objetivo general el analizar si los aspectos de legalidad del contrato de fletamento, genera beneficios o perjuicios en el transporte de carga de gran volumen y como hipótesis, Si se realiza el análisis del contrato de fletamento se podrá facilitar la carga de gran volumen y agilizar el sistema comercial de las Empresas Importadoras /Exportadoras.
De lo cual al presentar desconocimiento de este tipo de documento legal que genera la garantía de que la mercancía llegará en el tiempo planificado y si alteración alguna.

Of which the present lack of this type of legal document that generates the guarantee that the goods will arrive at the scheduled time and if alteration.
