Incidencias de las practicas culturales alimenticias en el aprendizaje significativo de la asignatura de ciencias naturales en los estudiantes de noveno año básico del Colegio Patria Ecuatoriana de la zona 8 distrito 4, provincia del Guayas cantón Guayaquil, periodo lectivo 2015-2016

Resumen
El estado nutricional de un individuo es la resultante final del balance
entre ingesta y requerimiento de nutrientes. En los adolescentes y
especialmente durante los 12 y 13 años de vida, debido a la gran
velocidad de crecimiento, cualquier factor que altere este equilibrio
repercute rápidamente en el crecimiento. Por esta razón, el control
periódico de salud constituye el elemento más valioso en la detección
precoz de alteraciones nutricionales, ya que permite hacer una
evaluación oportuna y adecuada. Este proyecto investigativo aporta
algunas soluciones que pudieran ser útiles para mejorar la práctica
cultural alimenticia, de los estudiantes del colegio “Patria
Ecuatoriana” en el periodo lectivo 2015-2016. La investigación se
efectuó a una muestra de 3 Directivos, 8 Docentes, 40 estudiantes y
40 representantes legales, en la recolección de información se
utilizaron la técnica de la encuesta, para mediante la obtención de los
datos desarrollar la guía de educación nutricional familiar para el
fortalecimiento del aprendizaje significativo. Las dificultades
encontradas en el grupo objeto de estudio son: El descuido por parte
de los padres y docentes, en lo que se refiere a la nutrición. Una vez
recolectada la información se verificó los objetivos, pudiendo
establecer lo siguiente: El personal Docente y estudiantes en general
estuvieron de acuerdo que el desarrollo de una guía de nutricional
para que potencie el nivel cognitivo. Los participantes de este proceso
coincidieron sobre la importancia de la implementación de una guía
que proporcione la orientación necesaria. La presente investigación
es factible de fácil aplicación escolar.
The nutritional status of an individual is the final result of the balance between intake and nutrient requirement. In adolescents and especially during the 12 and 13 years of life, due to the high speed of growth, any factor that impairs this balance has a rapid impact on growth. For this reason, periodic health monitoring is the most valuable element in the early detection of nutritional alterations, since it allows a timely and adequate evaluation. This research project provides some solutions that could be useful to improve the cultural practices of students of the "Homeland Ecuadorian" school in the academic period 2015-2016. The research was carried out on a sample of 3 managers, 8 teachers, 40 students and 40 legal representatives, in the collection of information were used the survey technique, to obtain the data to develop the family nutrition education guide for the Strengthening of meaningful learning. The difficulties encountered in the group under study are: Neglect by parents and teachers, as far as nutrition is concerned. Once the information was collected, the objectives were verified and the following could be established: Teaching staff and students in general agreed that the development of a nutritional guide to boost the cognitive level. Participants in this process agreed on the importance of implementing a guide that provides the necessary guidance. The present investigation is feasible for easy school application
