Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar los riesgos laborales a los que están expuestos los trabajadores de mantenimiento de la empresa Construmesa, para lo cual se diseñará un sistema de seguridad e higiene industrial. La elaboración de este sistema iniciará con el análisis de la situación actual a través de un diagnóstico inicial y un ckeck list, el mismo que nos indicará el grado de gestión en seguridad de la empresa, luego se creará y difundirá la política de seguridad y salud, se darán a conocer las bases legales para formar el comité paritario, se creará un plan de capacitación y finalmente se generarán los formatos de inspecciones para extintores y uso de equipos de protección personal. Se recomienda poner en práctica el plan de seguridad e higiene propuesta, encaminar la gestión de compra de equipos de protección para el personal, implementar la señalética de seguridad en la empresa y el seguimiento al cumplimiento del plan de capacitación.
The object of this work is to analyze the working risk that the maintenance worker are exposed. We will design a safely and healthy industrial system. To elaborate this system, first we start with the analysis of the actual situation through a diagnostic. It will show us what the scale management is in the safe company. Then it will be given to know the legal bases to create the committee and it will be applied through a capacitation plan. Finally we will be generating the formats of inspection for the extinguisher and how to use the personal protection equipment. We recommend you to put in practice the safety and health plan, to get the process, to buy the personal protection equipment, to implement the safety sign, and ensure compliance with the capacitation plan.
