Aplicación del E-Learning en los Camis de Guayquil para transformar los emprendimientos informales en formales

Resumen
La educación en la actualidad es un punto inherente dentro de la formación formal de una persona , pero el estar en algunos casos fuera del país; hace que los compatriotas se involucren en nuevos métodos de aprendizaje significativos con estructuras debidamente organizada y de alto poder cognoscitivo como parte del desarrollo del conocimiento. Es ahí donde las distancias hacen brecha, donde se debe internacionalmente involucrarse con lo que sucede en el país y la mejor forma es el E-Learning. Entorno que ayuda a tener conectividad desde cualquier punto del mundo y linka la información deseada y lista para que sean parte de la sociedad del conocimiento que engloba operar herramientas de ámbitos tecnológicos . Una técnica aplicada de introducir a los ciudadanos en el sector económico productivos de la ciudad de Guayaquil es la que realizan los Centros de Atención Municipal los cuales brindan diferentes tipos de talleres para de esta manera los ciudadanos de Guayaquil con estos conocimientos puedan generar ingresos para su hogar y estos talleres son impulsados por el Municipio de Guayaquil, sin embargo no cuenta con talleres on line, siendo esto algo primordial en el día a día. La finalidad de este trabajo es mostrar los beneficios de E-Learning y como eje transversal explicar los procesos debidos de cada área, donde estos cursos tendrían gran acogida por sus estudiantes. Para ello se muestra breve reseña de lo que es tributación, los tipos de contribuyentes, cuántos de los estudiantes de los CAMIS están interesados en tributar o a través del resultado de encuestas. En esta tesis se introduce al e-learning como método de enseñanza y aprendizaje en grandes distancias globales.
Education today is an inherent point within the formal training of a person, but in some cases outside our country; makes us engage in new meaningful learning methods with properly organized structures and high cognitive power as part of our knowledge. It is there where the gap makes a gap, where we must internationally be involved with what happens in our country and the best way and at our pace is E-Learning. Environment that helps us to have connectivity from anywhere in the world and links the desired information and ready for us to be part of the knowledge society that includes operating tools of technological fields. An applied technique of introducing citizens in the productive sector of the city of Guayaquil is the one performed by the Municipal Care Centers which provide different types of workshops so that the citizens of Guayaquil with this knowledge can generate income for their home and these workshops are driven by the Municipality of Guayaquil, however it does not have on-line workshops, this being a primary thing in the day to day. The purpose of this work is to show the benefits of E-Learning and as a transversal axis explain the due processes of each area, where these courses would be well received by their students. For this, a brief overview of what taxation is presented, the types of taxpayers, how many of the students of the CAMIS are interested in taxing or through the result of surveys. In this thesis e-learning is introduced as a method of teaching and learning over great distances.
