Resumen
El presente proyecto educativo e investigativo se lleva a cabo en el
Colegio Nacional José María Egas zona 5, provincia del Guayas,
cantón Guayaquil, en el período lectivo 2015 – 2016, donde existen
problemas en cuanto a los desconocimientos sobre procesos de
comercialización que los desmotivan en realizar emprendimientos
comerciales, bajo estos aspectos se planteó como objetivo general:
Analizar el emprendimiento en comercio exterior y su influencia en la
formación académica de los estudiantes de tercer año de
bachillerato del Colegio Nacional José María Egas, de la ciudad de
Guayaquil, mediante un enfoque cualitativo y análisis de datos, para
el diseño de un seminario taller sobre elaboración y comercialización
internacional de chips de yuca. Para obtener los resultados se llevó a
cabo un estudio de campo y bibliográfico para el levantamiento de
información que permita conocer las causas y efectos y definir los
aspectos más relevantes para el diseño de una propuesta enfocada
en un esquema de enseñanza que permita adquirir conocimientos
técnicos y prácticos para que así los estudiantes sean
emprendedores. En conclusión, la estructura del seminario taller
permitirá al seminarista desarrollar diferentes actividades que
permitan al estudiante adquirir una experiencia y competencias que
son esenciales para el desarrollo del perfil emprendedor. Además de
integrar una serie de estrategias que logren incentivar y motivar a los
beneficiarios en mantener un emprendimiento como medio para
mejorar los niveles de vida y de retribuir a la sociedad con un
producto nutritivo y saludable, influyendo en el desarrollo
económico y local del Ecuador.
The present educational and research project is carried out in the Colegio Nacional José María Egas zone 5, province of Guayas, Guayaquil canton, during the academic period 2015-2016, where there are problems regarding the lack of knowledge about marketing processes that discourage them In order to carry out commercial enterprises, it was proposed as a general objective: To analyze the entrepreneurship in foreign trade and its influence on the academic training of third year high school students of the José María Egas National College in the city of Guayaquil. Qualitative approach and data analysis, for the design of a seminar workshop on international processing and marketing of cassava chips. In order to obtain the results, a field and bibliographical study was carried out to collect information that allows to know the causes and effects and to define the most relevant aspects for the design of a proposal focused on a teaching scheme that allows to acquire technical knowledge and Practical for students to become entrepreneurs. In conclusion, the structure of the workshop seminar will allow the seminarian to develop different activities that allow the student to acquire experience and skills that are essential for the development of the entrepreneurial profile. In addition to integrating a series of strategies that manage to motivate and motivate the beneficiaries to maintain a business as a means to improve living standards and to reward society with a nutritious and healthy product, influencing the economic and local development of Ecuador.
