Resumen
Esta investigación busca determinar la Influencia de la Programación
Neurolingüística para el desarrollo de Actitudes Positivas que
permitan desarrollar la propuesta de implementar métodos, técnicas
para motivar y estimular al educando a tener una mejor
comunicación, la cual favorecerá el diálogo dentro del salón de
clases, desarrollando sus actitudes positivas, estas permitirán que
ellos expresen sus ideas, sentimientos, emociones, conocimientos
libremente. Por parte de los docentes se nota un desconocimiento
sobre la Programación Neurolingüística, ya que la PNL son
herramientas para mejorar la personalidad; y recientemente se está
incorporando en el sistema educativo del Ecuador, que ayudará en el
desenvolvimiento de la comunicación entre niños y niñas dentro de
su entorno. La fundamentación filosófica de la investigación se basa
en el pragmatismo el cual fomenta la práctica, controla, recrea y
dirige la experiencia con el fin de ayudar al niño y niña a resolver sus
inquietudes: la fundamentación pedagógica basada en la corriente
constructivista, porque busca formar la conducta y la comunicación
mejorando así el comportamiento de los niños dentro del aula. En
cuanto al tipo de investigación se considera descriptiva tratando de
encontrar el problema para buscarle solución utilizando métodos,
como la entrevista y la encuesta, para recopilar datos que faciliten
opiniones renovadas las cuales llevan a identificar las técnicas que
se puedan trabajar. Como propuesta se puede considerar una guía
didáctica con enfoque en destrezas con criterio de desempeño
dirigido a docentes la cual les servirá como apoyo en la elaboración
del material para trabajar las PNL; con los niños y niñas de la
institución.
This investigation seeks to determine the influence of nlp for the development of positive attitudes in order to develop methods to implement the proposal techniques to motivate and encourage learners to have better communication, which promote dialogue within the classroom, developing their positive attitudes, these allow them to express their ideas, feelings, emotions, knowledge freely. By teachers ignorance about neuro linguistic programming is noted, as are nlp tools to enhance the personality; and recently it is incorporated into the educational system of ecuador, which will help in the development of communication between children within their environment. The philosophical foundation of the research is based on pragmatism which promotes practice controls, it recreates and directs the experience in order to help the boy and girl to address their concerns: the educational foundation based on constructivist because search form behavior and communication thereby improving the behavior of children in the classroom. As for the type of research is descriptive considered trying to find the problem to find a solution using methods such as interview and survey to collect data to facilitate renovated opinions which lead to identify the techniques to work. As a proposal can be considered a tutorial focusing on skills with performance criteria aimed at teachers which will serve as support in the preparation of material to work the pnl; with children from the institution.
