SISTEMATIZACIÓN DEL PROCESO DIAGNÓSTICO DE SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL DEL PERSONAL DE IRBA DEL INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE PESCA

Resumen
La presente sistematización se centra en describir las experiencias obtenidas de la Srta. Michelle Brocel Coello y Srta. Génesis Díaz Ramos, estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Psicológicas, durante las Prácticas Pre – Profesionales realizadas en el Instituto Nacional de Pesca, en la ciudad de Guayaquil en los meses de Junio a Agosto del año 2017. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo evaluar el proceso diagnóstico de satisfacción laboral del área de Investigación de los Recursos Bioacuáticos y su Ambiente (IRBA), analizando el procedimiento utilizado en la aplicación del Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral a los colaboradores de esta área, para construir nuevos aprendizajes que permitan desarrollar competencias disciplinares y reflexionar sobre la práctica. Como resultado de la experiencia se logró identificar éxitos, dificultades y errores. Entre los éxitos principales, se realizó un Diagnóstico de Satisfacción Laboral por primera vez en esta institución, lo cual benefició a la organización ya que se encontraba pasando por un proceso de reestructuración. Se presentaron dificultades como el utilizar un instrumento el cual no estaba adaptado totalmente al sector público, situación que no influyó significativamente en los resultados obtenidos en el diagnóstico. Por último, también se cometieron errores, uno de ellos fue exceder en algunas ocasiones el límite de tiempo establecido para la aplicación del cuestionario
This systematization focuses on describing the experiences obtained from Ms. Michelle Brocel Coello and Ms. Genesis Díaz Ramos, students of the Faculty of Psychological Sciences, during the Pre-professional practices carried out in the Institute National fishing, in the city of Guayaquil in the months of June to August of the year 2017. This work aims to evaluate the diagnostic process of work satisfaction of the research area of the bioaquatic resources and its environment (IRBA), analyzing the procedure used in the application of the questionnaire of work satisfaction to the Collaborators in this area, to build new learning to develop disciplinary skills and reflect on practice. Because of the experience we could identify successes, difficulties and errors. Among the main successes, a diagnosis of job satisfaction was carried out for the first time in this institution, which benefited the organization as it was going through a restructuring process. Difficulties were presented such as using an instrument which was not fully adapted to the public sector, a situation that did not significantly influence the results obtained in the diagnosis. Finally, mistakes were also made, one of them was to sometimes exceed the time limit established for the application of the questionnaire
