Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad reforzar la gestión administrativa
educativa en el manejo de los estudiantes con necesidades educativas
especiales, que les permita a los docentes afianzar su trabajo en el aula con
dichos estudiantes y que a su vez contribuya al aprendizaje significativo.
Existen diferentes formas que permiten la inclusión al sistema educativo
regular, de aquellos estudiantes con dificultades en su aprendizaje.
Considerando la importancia de la gestión administrativa en los diferentes
procesos de una institución educativa, se determina que la inclusión de los
estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales no solo es un trabajo de
los docentes y el DECE sino de todos los actores del sistema educativo. Esta
investigación procede tanto de fuentes bibliográficas, como de la investigación
por medio de la entrevista y encuestas las mismas que se procedió a tabular
evidenciando resultados que permitieron elaborar la propuesta. Esta se basa
en diseñar un manual de procedimientos que permita a la institución afianzar
el trabajo con los estudiantes de necesidades educativas especiales, dotando
de herramientas que les permita a los docentes en primer lugar reconocer a
los estudiantes que tengan dificultades en el aprendizaje y en segundo lugar
evaluar el tipo de necesidades especiales para iniciar un proceso de inclusión
dentro de las clases regulares. En conclusión se determinó que en la institución
en estudio existen falencias en cuanto a capacitación y manejo por parte de
los docentes, hacia estudiantes con capacidades especiales debido al
desconocimiento de procesos de detección temprana de niños con este
problema.
The purpose of this project is to reinforce educational administrative management in the management of students with special educational needs, which allows teachers to consolidate their work in the classroom with these students and which in turn contributes to meaningful learning. There are different ways that allow the inclusion to the regular education system of those students with learning difficulties. Considering the importance of administrative management in the different processes of an educational institution, it is determined that the inclusion of students with special educational needs is not only the work of the teachers and the DECE, but of all the actors of the education system. This research comes from bibliographic sources, as well as from research through interviews and surveys, which were tabulated by showing results that allowed the proposal to be elaborated. This is based on designing a procedures manual that allows the institution to strengthen the work with students of special educational needs, providing tools that allow teachers to first recognize students who have difficulties in learning and secondly place to evaluate the type of special needs to initiate an inclusion process within the regular classes. In conclusion it was determined that in the institution under study there are shortcomings in terms of training and management by teachers, towards students with special abilities due to ignorance of early detection processes of children with this problem
