Resumen
Este estudio de caso se da por la existencia de diferencias entre los inventarios físicos con los
digitales, estas son significativas y cuantiosas, lo cual causa un verdadero contratiempo para el
equipo administrativo de la Librería XYZ S.A. Hay un sin número de dificultades que se dan
debido a esto en el negocio, desde el reabastecimiento correcto del stock en bodega, el poder rendir
reportes de existencias, ventas, inventario de bodega y el establecer el verdadero flujo del negocio
en sí, por lo que se busca identificar el origen de las diferencias, corregir los procesos,
comportamientos o políticas que han conllevado a esta situación, se pretende proponer los ajustes
necesarios a través de estrategias que optimicen la administración de inventarios en esta pymes, con
la única visión de estandarizar procesos, mejorando la administración y los resultados de este
negocio con miras al futuro.
The study of this case comes to life because of the discrepancies that exist between the actual physical inventory and the digital information, regarding one of the most important elements in any business. This discrepancies are significant and costly, which have become a headache for the administration team of the library XYZ S.A. There are whit out a doubt an infinite number of problems that this discrepancies cause from the proper restacking of the warehouse, being able to render reports of inventory, sales, and establish truthful flow of the business. It is with the objective of identifying the origin of such discrepancies, correct the process, and change the causes of this behaviors or establish adjustment to the company policies that have brought such business to this particular situation. To adjust these thru strategies that will optimize the management of inventories at this business. With the only vision of standardizing procedures, optimaze management and the results of this business with eyes to the future
