Resumen
La presente investigación se desarrolló en el “Centro de Docencia e Investigación para el Desarrollo Humano y el Buen Vivir”, el objetivo fundamental es la evaluación psicológica para determinar la funcionalidad familiar a madres de adolescentes consumidores de sustancias psicoactivas (SPA), siendo de importancia el estudio puesto que las drogas en una problemática de preocupación mundial, especialmente a la sociedad ecuatoriana
Para lograr este objetivo se efectuó una revisión de distintas fuentes en la literatura considerando las variables del diagnóstico familiar para determinar la funcionalidad familiar según Patricia Arés. La presente sistematización de experiencia la realizamos desde un enfoque cualitativo y el diseño narrativo a partir de la experiencia de nuestra Practica Pre Profesionales en el CDID.
Para la realización de la investigación se utilizó un tipo de muestra no probabilista de 10 familias que asisten al CDID, para recolectar la información se aplicó tres instrumentos: Prueba de percepción del funcionamiento familia (FF- SIL), Inventario de Características Familiares de Riesgo (ICAFAR), y entrevista semiestructurada; los instrumento mencionados fueron elegidos en base las necesidades de la institución CDID y están dirigidas al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la investigación.
En el análisis de los instrumentos obtuvimos los siguientes resultados: en las familias representadas se observa un alto porcentaje de disfuncionalidad familiar, con deficiencias en la comunicación, roles, armonía, comunicación y permeabilidad en las familias. En las características de familias en riesgo presentan: ambiente comunitario insalubre, un solo progenitor al cuidado de los hijos menores, un miembro de la familia es adicto a sustancia ilícita. Además, la pasividad de las madres ante las correcciones, establecimiento de normas y limites a los hijos produce continuos problemas familiares
The present research was developed in the "center of Teaching and Research for human development and good living", the fundamental objective is the psychological evaluation to determine the family functionality to mothers of Adolescent consumers of psychoactive substances (SPA), being of importance the study since the drugs in a problematic of global concern, especially to the Ecuadorian society. To achieve this objective was carried out a review of Different sources in the literature considering the variables of the family diagnosis to determine the family functionality according to Patricia Arés. This systematization of experience is carried out from a qualitative approach and narrative design from the experience of our Pre professional practice in the CDID. For the conduct of the research a type of non-probabilistic sample of 10 families attending the CDID was used, to collect the information three instruments were applied: test of perception of the family functioning (FF-SIL), Inventory of Family risk characteristics (ICAFAR), and semi-structured interview; The above-mentioned instruments were chosen on the basis of the needs of the CDID institution and are aimed at meeting the objectives of the research. In the analysis of the instruments we obtained the following results: In the families represented there is a high percentage of dysfunctionality familiar, with deficiencies in the communication, roles, harmony, communication and permeability in the families. In the characteristics of families at risk they present: unhealthy community environment, a single parent to the care of minor children, a family member is addicted to illicit substance. In addition, the passivity of mothers in the face of corrections, the establishment of norms and limits to children produces continual family problems
