Resumen
La violencia de género y sexual no está exenta de los espacios universitarios, por tal motivo el Centro de Género de Vicerrectorado de Bienestar Estudiantil elaboró el proyecto “Tejiendo caminos hacia la igualdad de género” para el proceso de sensibilización a los estudiantes de la Universidad de Guayaquil sobre las causas y consecuencias de la problemática. Los practicantes del último semestre de psicología participaron en el proyecto, donde fueron capacitados en temáticas especializadas para luego llevar a cabo el proceso de sensibilización a distintas facultades de la Universidad de Guayaquil por medio de talleres de violencia de género y sexual. La presente sistematización tuvo como objetivo conocer los logros y dificultades presentes en el proceso de sensibilización de violencia de género y sexual mediante talleres impartidos a estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas. La metodología utilizada fue cualitativa debido a que no se buscó cuantificar la experiencia, sino más bien profundizarla a partir de la experiencia de la autora y por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas que se realizaron para conocer las opiniones de los estudiantes sobre el proceso de sensibilización mediante talleres. Los estudiantes que recibieron el taller generaron un aprendizaje significativo que fue socializado con familiares, compañeros (as), amigos (as), debido a que reconocieron la importancia de prevenir y sancionar cualquier tipo de violencia basada en género. Al final se presentaron algunas recomendaciones que sirvieron para mejorar el proyecto del Centro de Género del Vicerrectorado de Bienestar Estudiantil
The gender and sexual violence is not exempt from university spaces. For this reason, the Gender Center of Vicerrectorado de Bienestar Estudiantil developed the project "Weaving paths towards gender equality" for the process of sensitization to the students of the University of Guayaquil on the causes and consequences of the problem. Practitioners of the last semester of psychology participated in the project, where they were trained in specialized topics and then carried out the process of sensitization to different faculties of the University of Guayaquil through workshops on gender and sexual violence. The present systematization had as objective to know the achievements and difficulties present in the process of sensitization of gender and sexual violence through workshops given to students of the Faculty of Economic Sciences. The methodology used was qualitative because it was not sought to quantify the experience, but rather to deepen it from the experience of the author and through semi-structured interviews that were made to know the opinions of students about the process of awareness through workshops. Students who received the workshop generated meaningful learning that was socialized with family members, peers, friends, because they recognized the importance of preventing and sanctioning any type of gender-based violence. In the end, some recommendations were presented to improve the project of the Gender Center of the Vice-Rectorate for Student Welfare
