Resumen
El estudio de análisis de casos psicológicos se realizó en el Centro de
Docencia e Investigación para el Desarrollo Humano y el Buen Vivir, lugar en el cual
asistían los adolescentes a la debida atención psicológica, estos adolescentes se
encontraban dentro de proyecto “Por un buen vivir: atención psicosocial a individuos
y grupos en situación de vulnerabilidad o consumo de drogas” , estos durante las
entrevistas que se realizaron manifestaban la inseguridad que sienten en su sistema
familiar Es por ello que se realizó esta investigación en donde su objetivo principal
fue caracterizar la incidencia del sistema familiar para el consumo de sustancias
psicoactivas en los adolescentes usuarios del Centro de Docencia e Investigación
para el Desarrollo Humano y el Buen Vivir. La metodología que se empleo fue
cualitativa alcance descriptivo explicativo y transversal. El método utilizado fue el
análisis. En cuanto a la técnica utilizada tenemos, la entrevista semiestructurada y
con respecto a los instrumentos que se utilizó fueron el FF- SIL y el ICAFARI
(inventario de características familiares de riesgo) dándonos como resultado que el
sistema familiar incide en el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en los
adolescentes ya que en su sistema familiar existen límites difusos y rígidos así como
también un estilo de comunicación tipo acusador lo que los lleva a los usuarios a
sentirse inseguros y confundidos, encontrando en el consume de sustancias
psicoactivas una vía de escape a todos sus problemas.
The psychological case analysis study was conducted in the Center of Teaching and Research for Human Development and Good Living, a place where adolescents attended to the proper psychological care, these adolescents found within the project "For a good living: psychosocial attention to individuals and groups in situations of vulnerability or drug use ", during the interviews that were made manifest the insecurity they feel in their system This is why this research was carried out where its main objective was to characterize the incidence of the family system for the consumption of substances psychoactive in adolescents users of the Teaching and Research Center for Human Development and Good Living. The methodology that was used was qualitative explanatory and transversal descriptive scope. The method used was the analysis. Regarding the technique used, we have the semi-structured interview and with respect to the instruments that were used were the FF-SIL and the ICAFARI (inventory of family characteristics of risk) giving us as a result that the family system affects the consumption of psychoactive substances in adolescents since in their family system there are diffuse and rigid limits as well as also an accusing type of communication style which leads users to feeling insecure and confused, finding in the consumption of substances psychoactive an escape route to all your problems
