SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE EXPERIENCIAS DE PRÁCTICAS DE INVESTIGACIÓN DE LA ESTRUCTURACIÓN DEL TRABAJO DE LA FUNDACIÓN HUERTO DE LOS OLIVOS DE LA CIUDAD DE GUAYAQUIL

Resumen
El presente trabajo de sistematización fue ejecutado en la Fundación “Huerto de los Olivos”, a partir de la experiencia en la práctica pre-profesional donde se realizaron diferentes actividades, entre ellas: diagnostico organizacional, análisis ocupacional y diagnóstico de satisfacción laboral. Se profundizó el eje del análisis ocupacional, tomando como base el Formulario de Análisis Ocupacional (FAO) elaborado por el Ministerio de Trabajo y se rediseñaron varios ítems para obtener información detallada del tema, el mismo que se aplicó a la muestra de funcionarios escogidos aleatoriamente, también se realizó la observación directa del trabajo operativo, logrando identificar y establecer las tareas, puestos, funciones y horarios de trabajo de los colaboradores de la Fundación Huerto de los Olivos que a su vez servirán para mejoras a futuro del desempeño y que genere motivación en el personal de la institución donde se realizó la intervención
The present work of systematization was carried out in the "Huerto de los Olivos" Foundation, based on the experience in the pre-professional practice where different activities were carried out, among them: organizational diagnosis, occupational analysis and diagnosis of job satisfaction. The axis of the occupational analysis was deepened, taking as basis the Form of Occupational Analysis (FAO) elaborated by the Ministry of Labor and redesigned several items to obtain detailed information of the subject, the same that was applied to the sample of randomly chosen officials, also the direct observation of the operative work was carried out, being able to identify and establish the tasks, positions, functions and working hours of the collaborators of the Huerto de los Olivos Foundation, which in turn will serve to improve future performance and generate motivation in the staff of the institution where the intervention was performed
