Resumen
El presente trabajo se da en base a una investigación de campo realizada en el
mismo plantel educativo, en la cual se determinó que los estudiantes del tercer año
de bachillerato técnico no logran alcanzar niveles de rendimiento académico que
satisfagan a la comunidad educativa. En el capítulo uno se detalla toda la
problemática situacional de manera amplia y concisa. Se definen las variables de
estudio, se plantea la formulación del problema, se determinan las preguntas de la
investigación y se da la respectiva justificación de la realización del proyecto.
Posteriormente en el segundo capítulo se elabora el desarrollo perteneciente al
marco teórico con relación a las variables, aquí se definen conceptualizaciones
básicas y se realizan las fundamentaciones necesarias que respaldan las teorías del
tema. Se realiza un glosario de los términos relevantes. El marco metodológico
correspondiente al tercer capítulo recoge las metodologías, instrumentos y
técnicas utilizadas para recoger la información, la misma que fue tabulada y luego
analizada e interpretada. En este capítulo también se definió la muestra la cual se
hizo al azar por ser un número pequeño de la población en estudio. En nuestro
caso escogimos a 10 docentes y 10 estudiantes. En el último capítulo se desarrolla
la propuesta. Especificando, haciendo una descripción de la misma, proponiendo
sus objetivos, indicando quienes serán los beneficiarios y alegando expresiones
que justifican la elaboración de la misma.
Para el administrador educativo será una herramienta y útil en su biblioteca. El
tema de gestionar para el mejoramiento del rendimiento académico es de gran
importancia por formar parte del rol que debe cumplir todo administrador de la
educación en su gestión administrativa
This work is given based on field research conducted in the same campus, where it was determined that the third year students of technical high school do not reach levels of academic achievement to meet the educational community. In chapter one entire situational problems in a comprehensive and concise manner detailed. The study variables are defined, the formulation of the problem arises, the research questions are determined and the corresponding justification of the project is given. Later in the second chapter pertaining to development framework in relation to variables is made, here basic conceptualizations are defined and the necessary foundations that support the theories of matter are made. A glossary of relevant terms is performed. The methodological framework for the third section presents the methodologies, tools and techniques used to collect the information, the same as it was then tabulated and analyzed and interpreted. This chapter shows which was randomly as a small number of the population under study was also defined. In our case we chose 10 teachers and 10 students. In the last chapter the proposal develops. Specifying, by a description of it, proposing its objectives, indicating who will be the beneficiaries and expressions claiming that justify the development of it. For the educational administrator and it will be a useful tool in your library. The issue of managing for improving academic performance is very important to be part of the role they must meet all education administrator in his administration.
