Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo tiene mucha importancia en la sociedad y en
el ámbito educativo, ya que en él se analiza la ética profesional como factor
importante en el proceder de los docentes y directivos, la misma que en la
actualidad está dejando ser parte del comportamiento de algunos docentes,
generando graves problemas, que a su vez impiden el progreso institucional,
cuyas consecuencias repercuten en el desarrollo de la sociedad a futuro. En
vista de esta situación crítica se realiza la investigación de tipo exploratoria,
con el objeto de analizar el comportamiento moral del personal que labora en
la Unidad Educativa Juan Montalvo, del cantón Buena Fe, provincia Los Ríos,
los estudios explicativos van más allá de la descripción de conceptos,
fenómenos o del establecimientos de relaciones entre conceptos; están
dirigidos a responder a las causas de los eventos, sucesos y fenómenos físicos
o sociales, es por eso que se utilizarán como instrumentos de investigación la
observación y las encuestas, a través de los métodos deductivos e inductivo.
En el proceso de investigación se aplicaron encuestas dirigidas a los
docentes, directivos y padres de familia, con la finalidad de indagar sobre la
incidencia de la ética profesional en la gestión administrativa de la Unidad
Educativa “Juan Montalvo”, ubicada en la Coop. Nueva Buena Fe, Provincia de
Los Ríos; por lo tanto la investigación es de campo y descriptiva. En el trayecto
del trabajo se establece la propuesta, la misma que consiste en el diseño y
aplicación de una Guía de seminario de Ética profesional dirigido hacia los
docentes y directivos, con esto se logrará mejorar la gestión administrativa,
para que la comunidad educativa se desarrolle en un ámbito armónico,
agradable y apropiado para interactuar, alcanzando los niveles cognitivos y
afectivos deseados con el fin de que nuestra sociedad logre desarrollar.
The present investigative job they have a lot of importance in the society and in the educational ambience, since in him it analyzes the professional ethics as important factor in coming from the teachers and managers, the same that at present one allows to be a part of the behavior of some teachers, generating serious problems that in turn prevent the institutional progress, which consequences reverberate in the development of the society to future. Considering this critical situation the exploratory type investigation is realized, in order to analyze the moral behavior of the personnel that Juan Montalvo works in the Educational Unit, of the canton Good Faith, province The Rivers, the explanatory studies go beyond the description of concepts, phenomena or of the establishments of relations between concepts; they are directed to answer to the causes of the events, events and physical or social phenomena, that's why there will be used like investigation instruments the observation and the surveys, across the deductive methods and inductively. In the investigation process they execute surveys directed to the teachers, managers and family parents, for the purpose of investigating on the incidence of the professional ethics in the administrative management of the Educational Unit “Juan Montalvo“, located in the Coop. New Good Faith, Province of The Rivers, therefore the investigation is of field and descriptive. In the trajectory of the work there is established the proposal, the same one that consists of the design and application of a Guide of seminar of professional Ethics directed to the teachers and managers, with this one will manage to improve the administrative management, so that the educational community develops in a harmonic ambience, agreeable and adapted to interact, reaching the wished cognitive and affective levels in order to which our society manages to develop.
