Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene la finalidad de analizar el desarrollo de la
empatía en la calidad de técnicas inclusivas, mediante el análisis de las
diversas bibliografías insertadas en el apartado de marco teórico,
aplicación de estadísticas y el estudio de campo, por consiguiente se
propone como mejora la aplicación de un diseño de una Guía Didáctica
Interactiva. La empatía es la capacidad de identificar los pensamientos y
los sentimientos de una persona, comprenderlos y responder de una
manera adecuada, ante esto es multifacética ya que involucra aspectos
cognitivos, afectivos y de la comunicación. La información que respalda
está investigación se presenta en el marco teórico, con sus debidos
antecedentes los cuales se adquieren de las diferentes bibliotecas de
universidades locales e internacionales, además se presenta de manera
sucesiva el proceso que conllevan las dos variables que conforman la
problemática expuesta, y se determina para cada una un concepto que deja
aclarar su significado, también se toma como referencia los estatutos del
marco legal que permiten saber que leyes sustentan según el tema
presentado. Para obtener los resultados que permitan cumplir con el
objetivo expuesto en la investigación se utilizó el tipo descriptivo y la
metodología de significación y fiabilidad de proporciones. Además se tomó
a 80 estudiantes, que equivalen la muestra representativa del universo que
es 100%, como objeto de este estudio para identificar los factores
inadecuados, que influyen en el desarrollo de la empatía del estudiante, de
tal manera se deduce que una guía con actividades dinámicas permitirá
aplicar mejoras en el conflicto expuesto en la investigación.
The purpose of this project is to analyze the influence of the development of empathy on the quality of inclusive techniques, through the analysis of the various bibliographies inserted in the section of theoretical framework, application of statistics and field study, therefore it is proposed how it improves the application of a design of an interactive didactic guide. Empathy is the ability to identify the thoughts and feelings of a person, understand and respond in an appropriate way, before this is multifaceted as it involves cognitive, affective and communication aspects. The information that supports this research is presented in the theoretical framework, with its proper background, which is acquired from the different libraries of local and international universities, and the process carried out by the two variables that make up the problem is presented in a successive manner. and it is determined for each one a concept that clarifies its meaning, it is also taken as a reference the statutes of the legal framework that allow to know what laws are based on the subject presented. The descriptive type and the methodology of significance and reliability of proportions were used to obtain the results that allow to fulfill the objective set out in the research. In addition, 80 students, equivalent to the representative sample of the universe that is 100%, were taken as the object of this study to identify the inadequate factors that influence the development of the student's empathy, in such a way a guide with dynamic activities that will allow improvements in conflict exposed in the investigation.
