EVALUACIÓN DE LAS HABILIDADES PSICOMOTORAS GRUESAS DE NIÑOS CON DISCAPACIDAD FÍSICA QUE ASISTEN A HIDROTERAPIA EN LA FUNDACIÓN GUAYAS AVANZA

Resumen
Como objetivo principal de este trabajo se realizó la evaluación de las habilidades psicomotoras gruesas en niños con discapacidad física que asisten a Hidroterapia en Fundación Guayas Avanza, dentro de las instalaciones del Centro Integral de Equinoterapia perteneciente al programa de intervención comunitaria a cargo de la Prefectura del Guayas en una de sus sedes ubicada en el sector norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil a la altura del Km 10/2 vía Samborondón. Esta evaluación se desarrolló mediante la realización de las Prácticas Pre Profesionales en el segundo semestre del año 2017. La metodología utilizada fue de enfoque cualitativo, diseño fenomenológico y alcance descriptivo donde se emplearon diferentes instrumentos como: Guía de observación, entrevista semiestructurada, cuestionario para padres o cuidadores de los usuarios, que permitieron contrastar el nivel de desarrollo de las habilidades psicomotoras gruesas en los seis niños con discapacidad física (DF), población considerada para la evaluación. Los resultados obtenidos durante el proceso evaluativo demostraron las falencias existentes en los usuarios con discapacidad física (DF), cuando finalizó el proceso de evaluación posterior a un trabajo arduo se corroboró con una segunda aplicación de fichas el progreso que fueron denotando, dando una respuesta positiva al desarrollo de sus habilidades psicomotrices gruesas que fue construido y elaborado en conjunto con el padre de familia y profesional del área, siendo considerada esta habilidad una de las fundamentales para alcanzar la independencia y autonomía en el medio que lo rodea manteniendo el equilibrio y coordinación en sus movimientos
The main objective of this work was the evaluation of the gross psychomotor skills in children with physical disabilities who attend Hydrotherapy in the Guayas Avanza Foundation, within the facilities of the Integral Equine Therapy Center belonging to the community intervention program in charge of the Prefecture Guayas in one of its headquarters located in the north sector of the city of Guayaquil at the height of Km 10/2 via Samborondón. This evaluation was developed through the implementation of Pre-Professional Practices in the second semester of 2017. The utilized methodology had was qualitative approach, phenomenological design and descriptive scope where different instruments were used as: Observation guide, semi-structured interview, questionnaire for parents or caregivers of the users, that allowed to contrast the level of development of the gross psychomotor skills in the six children with physical disability (DF), population considered for the evaluation. The results obtained during the evaluative process demonstrated the existing shortcomings in the users with physical disability (DF), when the evaluation process after an arduous work was completed, a second application of records was confirmed by the progress that they were denoting, this gave a positive response to the development of his thick psychomotor skills that was constructed and elaborated in conjunction with the father of family and professional of the area. This ability is considered fundamental to reach the independence and autonomy in the environment that surrounds it maintaining the balance and coordination in their movements
