Resumen
Este trabajo se efectuó sobre la ejecución de las Prácticas Pre Profesionales de la Carrera de Psicología, realizadas en la Escuela de Enfermería de la Universidad de Guayaquil en el Centro de Atención de Enfermería (CAE) con el proyecto “Adulto Mayor Sano”, identificando las necesidades de atención psicológicas que las personas de este proyecto presentaban; el eje de atención de la practica estuvo basado en la elaboración de los procesos de duelo y el afrontamiento a la muerte de personas cercanas y/o compañeros del proyecto.
La metodología utilizada se conformó por el método inductivo – deductivo que permitió la recolección, inferencia y análisis de los datos obtenidos durante la investigación. Se plan de trabajo estuvo enfocado en talleres que contenían diversas estrategias para garantizar la interiorización de los temas planteados y asegurar la resiliencia de los Adultos Mayores en temas relacionados con la muerte, lo que permitió a este grupo de personas mejorar su forma de afrontar la muerte de personas cercanas, evidenciando de esta manera una mejoría en sus recursos personológicos y que el trabajo para alcanzar estándares de salud integral deberá trabajarse con la ayuda de profesionales de diferentes áreas del conocimiento
This work was carried out on the execution of the Pre-Professional Practices of Psychology Career, carried out in the School of Nursing of the University of Guayaquil in the Nursing Care Center (CAE) with the project "Healthy Senior Adult", identifying the psychological care needs that the people in this project presented; The focus of the practice was based on the elaboration of the mourning processes and the confrontation with the death of close people and / or partners of the project. The methodology used was formed by the inductive - deductive method that allowed the collection, inference and analysis of the data obtained during the investigation. The work plan was focused on workshops that contained various strategies to ensure the internalization of the issues raised and ensure the resilience of the elderly in issues related to death, which allowed this group of people to improve their way of facing death of close people, thus evidencing an improvement in their personological resources and that the work to achieve comprehensive health standards should be worked with the help of professionals from different areas of knowledge
