SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE LA EXPERIENCIA DE LA PRÁCTICA PREPROFESIONAL REALIZADA EN LA UNIVERSIDAD LAICA VICENTE ROCAFUERTE

Resumen
Las prácticas pre-profesionales fueron realizadas en la Universidad Laica Vicente Rocafuerte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, ubicada en la Avenida de las Américas # 70 frente al cuartel modelo. Se cumplieron un total de 500 horas desde el mes de Julio hasta Noviembre del 2015.
El objetivo fue aplicar los fundamentos teóricos aprendidos durante la formación académica en la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad de Guayaquil, en las prácticas correspondientes al área social y organizacional; además la finalidad fue generar un desempeño óptimo en la vida profesional, enlazando los conocimientos previos con aquellos que se fueron generando a diario en la práctica.
Los departamentos designados para realizarlas fueron: “Departamento de Bienestar Estudiantil” donde se asistía tres días a la semana y el “Departamento de Talento Humano” donde se asistía dos días a la semana. En los dos departamentos existía la afluencia de público a diario ya que en uno se atendía a los estudiantes y en el otro se atendía a personal de servicio, docente y administrativo.
La metodología utilizada fueron herramientas que ayudaron a recaudar información de cada una de las experiencias generadas a diario, información que fue necesaria para el desarrollo de la sistematización.
Dentro de la experiencia se recalcaron todas las actividades realizadas contrastándolas con la teoría, así como también se destacó al aprendizaje como punto principal ya que este proceso realizado nos ayudó a desarrollar habilidades, conocimientos, aptitudes y competencias, que serán aplicados en el ámbito laboral y nos permitirán un mejor desempeño como profesionales.
The pre-professional practices were carried out at the Laica Vicente Rocafuerte University in the city of Guayaquil, located at Avenida de las Américas # 70 in front of the model barracks. A total of 500 hours were completed from the month of July to November 2015. The objective was to apply the theoretical foundations learned during the academic training at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Guayaquil, in the practices corresponding to the social and organizational area; also the purpose was to generate an optimal performance in professional life, linking previous knowledge with those that were generated daily in practice. The departments designated to carry them out were: "Student Welfare Department" where three days a week were attended and the "Human Talent Department" where two days a week were attended. In both departments there was an influx of people every day since one attended to students and the other attended to service, teaching and administrative personnel. The methodology used were tools that helped to collect information from each of the experiences generated daily, information that was necessary for the development of the systematization. Within the experience, all the activities carried out were contrasted with the theory, as well as learning was highlighted as the main point since this process helped us to develop skills, knowledge, skills and competences, which will be applied in the workplace and they will allow us a better performance as professionals.
