PLAN DE INTERVENCIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE LA VIOLENCIA ENTRE PARES EN LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA FISCAL ‘’DURÁN’’

Resumen
El presente trabajo de sistematización describe las actividades correspondientes a la práctica pre-profesional realizadas en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal ‘’DURÁN’’, cuyo objetivo estuvo dirigido a mejorar las estrategias de intervención del DECE, en relación a la violencia entre pares en función de la dinámica real de los estudiantes del 9no “D” de la sección Matutina de la institución.
La falta de un efectivo programa de intervención, junto a la cantidad excesiva de trabajo del departamento de consejería hizo que estos tengan poco contacto con los estudiantes y no se dé información adecuada sobre dónde acudir frente a casos de violencia.
Para contribuir a la disminución de esta problemática que afectó a toda la comunidad educativa pero que se evidencia mayormente en la sección básica. Se desarrolló un plan de intervención respaldado en los informes del DECE sobre los casos de agresión entre pares que han sido reportados, el cual contó con 5 talleres, cada uno con actividades que requieren de la colaboración activa de los estudiantes, con la finalidad de involucrar a toda la institución e ir creando conciencia sobre la problemática, sensibilizándolos e informándolos sobre las rutas de acción que se deben seguir cuando se presentan estos casos, esto hace que los estudiantes tengan mejores recursos a la hora de enfrentarse a este tipo de situaciones y a su vez se disminuyan las agresiones entre pares.
The present systematization work describes the activities corresponding to the pre-professional practice carried out in the Fiscal Education Unit '' DURÁN '', whose objective was aimed at improving the intervention strategies of the DECE, in relation to violence between peers based on the real dynamics of the students of the 9th "D" of the morning section of the institution. The lack of an effective intervention program, together with the excessive amount of work from the counseling department, meant that they had little contact with the students and did not provide adequate information on where to go in cases of violence. To contribute to the reduction of this problem that affected the entire educational community but is mostly evident in the basic section. An intervention plan was developed based on the reports of the DECE on the cases of aggression among peers that have been reported, which included 5 workshops, each one with activities that require the active collaboration of the students, in order to involve to the whole institution and to create awareness about the problem, sensitizing them and informing them about the routes of action that should be followed when these cases are presented, this makes the students have better resources when facing this type of situation and its Once the aggressions between pairs are diminished.
