Resumen
El trabajo infantil es un problema que tiene consecuencias negativas en los menores que lo llevan a cabo. El objetivo de siguiente proyecto de titulación fue sistematizar la experiencia de la autora dentro del proyecto de erradicación del trabajo infantil de la ciudad de Milagro. Su contexto teórico se fundamentó en diversos campos de la psicología, enfocados en la familia, el trabajo, la educación, el desarrollo y la salud. La metodología fue la sistematización de experiencias (SE), la cual facilitó una interpretación critica de la práctica social. El eje de sistematización fue conocer cuál es la respuesta que brinda el proyecto ante las necesidades psicológicas de los menores. Se analizaron los informes de talleres y registros de entrevistas realizadas; entrevistas retrospectivas y reportes auto-etnográficos facilitaron el procesamiento de la experiencia, el cual se realizó primero describiéndola, luego recuperando el proceso, y finalmente reflexionando sobre el mismo. El principal aporte de la SE fue las afectaciones psicológicas en estos menores, y – a pesar de que el proyecto los ayuda en el ámbito educativo y económico – no se realiza una intervención especifica respecto a este tipo de necesidades. El documento finaliza con recomendaciones que sirvan para mejorar las intervenciones en torno a esta problemática.
Child labor is a problem that has negative consequences for children who carry it out. The objective of the following titling project was to systematize the author's experience within the project for the eradication of child labor in the city of Milagro. Its theoretical context was based on various fields of psychology, focused on family, work, education, development and health. The methodology was the systematization of experiences (SE), which facilitated a critical interpretation of social practice. The systematization axis was to know what is the response that the project offers to the psychological needs of the minors. The reports of workshops and records of interviews conducted were analyzed; retrospective interviews and self-ethnographic reports facilitated the processing of the experience, which was done by first describing it, then recovering the process, and finally reflecting on it. The main contribution of the SE was the psychological affectations in these minors, and - although the project helps them in the educational and economic sphere - no specific intervention is made regarding this type of needs. The document ends with recommendations that serve to improve interventions around this problem.
