SISTEMATIZACIÓN DEL PROYECTO DE ELABORACION DE MANUAL DE FUNCIONES Y PROCEDIMIENTOS DE LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS PSICOLÓGICAS: FASE DE DESCRIPCIÓN DE PUESTOS

Resumen
Las Prácticas Pre Profesionales, o también conocidas como PPP son un requisito
para la culminación de la carrera de Psicología, a través de ellas la Facultad de
Ciencias Psicológicas se orienta a apoyar a la comunidad junto el fortalecimiento
teórico-práctico de los estudiantes a fin de convertirse en referentes de la
especialización. De acuerdo a las necesidades detectadas en lo referente al tema
organizacional y las investigaciones internas realizadas por la institución se
determinó la necesidad de la elaboración de un manual de funciones y
procedimientos, a fin de determinar las competencias requeridas para los cargos
de los colaboradores que prestan sus servicios en el mencionado centro
académico, así como el conocimiento de los objetivos y fines institucionales.
Para ello se propuso la participación de los estudiantes del 5to año de la carrera
de Psicología perfil Generalista como una alternativa a sus PPP haciéndose una
convocatoria a los alumnos del área Organizacional para la socialización del
proyecto Manual de Funciones y Procedimientos , donde se proporcionó
información de su realización, los departamentos participantes, tutor responsable,
entre otros, todo ello con el fin de establecer las funciones, conocimientos,
competencias y demás factores que conllevan cada uno de los cargos en sus
lugares de trabajo.
Se realizaron talleres con los estudiantes para conocer los parámetros de
elaboración, con ejercicios de entrevistas y su posterior observación, así mismo se
organizaron los grupos, días, lugares y personas a las cuales se realizarían las
entrevistas con el fin de obtener la información necesaria para su revisión y
análisis. A su vez se informó a todo el personal laboral de la Facultad De Ciencias
Psicológicas las fechas y horarios previamente establecidos para contar con su
participación y que este proyecto pueda aportar no solo en el aspecto académico,
sino además se convierta en una guía de orientación e integración al personal
colaborador de este centro de estudios.
La metodología usada es de tipo cualitativo que junto con la sistematización de
experiencias a través de un enfoque reflexivo busca establecer las causas por las
cuales el resultado obtenido no alcanzo las expectativas deseadas, por lo que este
trabajo espera ser una guía en futuros proyectos e investigaciones convirtiéndose
en un instrumento apropiado que permita cumplir con este requisito administrativo
y empresarial

To this end, the participation of the students of the 5th year of the race was proposed of Psychology Generalist profile as an alternative to their PPP becoming a call to the students of the Organizational area for the socialization of the Manual project of Functions and Procedures, where it was provided information of its realization, the participating departments, responsible tutor, among others, all in order to establish the functions, knowledge, competences and other factors that each of the positions in their work places. Workshops were held with the students to know the parameters of elaboration, with exercises of interviews and their subsequent observation, likewise They organized the groups, days, places and people to whom the interviews in order to obtain the necessary information for its review and analysis. In turn, all the labor personnel of the Faculty of Sciences were informed Psychological dates and schedules previously established to have your participation and that this project can contribute not only in the academic aspect, but also becomes a guidance and staff integration guide collaborator of this study center. The methodology used is of a qualitative nature that together with the systematization of experiences through a reflexive approach seeks to establish the causes for which the result obtained does not reach the desired expectations, so this work hopes to be a guide in future projects and research becoming in an appropriate instrument that allows compliance with this administrative requirement and business
