Implementación de plan de orientación vocacional a estudiantes de décimo año, de la Unidad Educativa Adventista del Pacifico en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Resumen
Durante las prácticas preprofesionales realizadas en los meses de agosto a septiembre del año 2016 en la Unidad Educativa Adventista del Pacifico, por solicitud de la institución se realizó una propuesta de implementación de un plan vocacional direccionado a los estudiantes que terminaban su educación básica superior, para ello se evaluó al grupo de adolescentes para identificar los tópicos que eran necesarios trabajar.
Para este diagnóstico se hizo una revisión de las fichas individuales, se aplicó un inventario de problemas juveniles, se realizó una observación grupal y se entrevistó a los docentes tutores. Por esta razón mediante este trabajo de sistematización se pudo realizar la reconstrucción de la experiencia, permitiendo analizar cada fase de este proceso considerando los aciertos y errores para realizar los ajustes para futuras intervenciones.
El objetivo fue sistematizar la práctica realizada durante el proceso de implementación de un plan de orientación vocacional direccionado al mejoramiento de la autoestima y el autoconcepto de los estudiantes de décimo año a través de descubrimiento de sus habilidades e intereses. El objeto la implementación del plan vocacional y el eje o hilo conductor fueron las experiencias y lecciones obtenidas con los diferentes autores durante el proceso.
Se trabajó con la metodología de investigación exploratoria- descriptiva, utilizando un enfoque cualitativo de los recursos observados dentro del contexto educativo. Dentro de la fundamentación teórica este trabajo se centró en el enfoque evolutivo de Donald Super, Teoría tipológica de Holland y el constructivismo
During the pre-professional practices carried out in the months of August to September of the year 2016 in the Adventist Educational Unit of the Pacific, at the request of the institution a proposal was made to implement a vocational plan addressed to the students who finished their basic education, for This was evaluated to the group of adolescents to identify the topics that were necessary to work. For this diagnosis, a review of the individual files was made, an inventory of juvenile problems was applied, a group observation was made and the tutors were interviewed. For this reason, through this systematization work, the reconstruction of the experience was carried out, allowing each phase of this process to be analyzed, considering the successes and errors to make the adjustments for future interventions. The objective was to systematize the practice carried out during the process of implementing a vocational guidance plan aimed at improving the self-esteem and self-concept of tenth-grade students through the discovery of their abilities and interests. The purpose of the implementation of the vocational plan and the axis or thread were the experiences and lessons obtained with the different authors during the process. We worked with the exploratory-descriptive research methodology, using a qualitative approach to the resources observed within the educational context. Within the theoretical foundation this work focused on the evolutionary approach of Donald Super, Holland's typological theory and constructivism
