Análisis de factibilidad para la creación de un centro de tutoria vacacional profesional para bachilleres aspirantes a una formación de tercer nivel

Resumen
La orientación vocacional se relaciona a muchos fracasos de los estudiantes en las
carreras elegidas, esta elección juega un papel importante en nuestras vidas y
propósitos, por lo que una mala elección nos llevaría a una baja autoestima que es vital
para tener la motivación a realizar nuestros logros, siendo la parte emocional una parte
significativa en el ser humano.
El análisis de la creación de un centro de tutoría de vocación profesional es un proyecto
de mucha relevancia en la actualidad ya que hoy en día se ven a menudo problemas
en los jóvenes por desinterés o abandono y falta de compromiso en sus estudios por
la falta de una orientación donde se puedan determinar sus habilidades y su
capacidades e áreas donde tengan un gran interés.
En este proyecto se pretende de dejar en el pasado eso de dejarnos llevar por el
consejo de alguien sea de algún amigo, compañero o por una tradición familiar, ya que
en la mayoría de casos pudimos ver que muchos jóvenes escogen su carrera por
decisión de sus padres y no por su elección o gusto, también por seguir a sus amigos
o conocidos siendo estos unos de los errores más frecuentes.
Por este motivo se ha pensado en este proyecto; se comenzó realizando encuestas a
150 estudiantes donde se pudo observar que muchos estudiantes hubiesen querido
una orientación vocacional para conocer más a fondos aspectos personales tales
como: motivaciones personales, gustos, preferencias y fortalezas en ciertas áreas.
Luego se realizó una encuesta a 380 estudiantes de diferentes colegios en la ciudad
de Guayaquil donde denota más la importancia de un centro de tutorías, en el cual un
88.5% de los estudiantes quisiera recibir una tutoría vocacional al entrar a la
Universidad para sentir más comodidad en la carrera escogida.
El centro de tutoría vocacional profesional estará direccionado para llenar ese vacío de
los estudiantes brindándoles asesorías, test vocacional, charlas individualizadas e
información de las ofertas académicas de todas las universidades contando con 20
horas de tutorías y así lograr que los estudiantes tenga éxito y se sienta satisfacción
en su vida profesional.
The vocational orientation relates to many failures of the students in the chosen careers, this choice plays an important paper in our lives and intentions, for what a bad choice would take us to a low self-esteem that is vital to have the motivation to realize our achievements, being the emotional part a significant part in the human beings. The analysis of the creation of a center of tutorship of professional vocation is a project of many relevancy at present since nowadays problems are seen often in the young persons by disinterest or abandon and lack of commitment in the studies by the lack of an orientation where they could determine the skills and capacities and areas where they have a great interest. In this project it is claimed of stopping in the past it leaving ourselves to go for the advice of someone belong some friend, companion or for a familiar tradition, since in the majority of cases we could see that many young people choose his career for decision of his parents and not for his choice or taste, also following his friends or acquaintances being these some of the most frequent mistakes. For this motive it has been thought about this project; we start by realizing 150 surveys to students where it was possible to observe that many students should want a vocational orientation to know more to funds such personal aspects as: personal motivations, tastes, preferences and strengths in certain areas. Then 380 surveys were realized to students of different colleges in the city of Guayaquil where it denotes more the importance of a center of tutorships, in which a high percentage (88.5%) of the students wanted to receive a vocational tutorship on having entered to the University to feel more comfort in the chosen career. The center of vocational professional tutorship would be directed to fill this emptiness of the students offering to them advising, vocational test, individualized chatters and information of the academic offers of all the universities counting with 20 hours of tutorships and this way to achieve that the students are successful and one feels satisfaction in their professional li
