Resumen
Investigar la problemática del bullyng es insertarse en el proceso de acoso que se evidencia entre los estudiantes, del Octavo Grado de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa Durán. La convivencia en las unidades educativas es tanto una condición necesaria para el aprendizaje y la enseñanza como también un objetivo para los alumnos. Por tanto, el factor ambiental positivo dentro de la institución educativa es determinante ya que se establecen las relaciones del alumnado entre sí y de éste a su vez con el docente y su entorno. Con la finalidad de lograr que este abuso deje de cometerse y no exista esa manifestación de poder ni intimidación dentro y fuera de la comunidad educativa, que todo sea armonía en un ambiente de integridad social lleno de valores morales que permitan un sano desarrollo del adolescente. La violencia no es un factor innato de los seres humanos por el contrario este puede ser aprendida del medio. Más que saber evitar el conflicto se debe saber regularlo de manera creativa y constructiva en forma no violenta, se deben emplear las técnicas psicológicas adecuadas para cada tipo de caso o de ser necesario buscar de manera oportuna ayuda profesional ya que se debe procurar siempre el bienestar de los adolescentes. Recibir ayuda oportuna representa una oportunidad de cambio para los implicados. El estudio que se realizo es una investigación vivencial donde se presenció en forma directa la problemática que ha de ser tratada mediante una guía tutorial interactiva.
Investigate the problem of bullyng is inserted in the process of harassment that is evident among students, the 8th Grade Basic Education of the Durán Educational Unit. Violence is not an innate factor of human beings; on the contrary, it can be learned from the environment. More than knowing how to avoid conflict you must know how to regulate it in a creative and constructive way in a non-violent way, you should use the appropriate psychological techniques for each type of case or if it is necessary to seek professional help in a timely manner, since you should always seek welfare. of teenagers Receiving timely help represents an opportunity for change for those involved. The study that was conducted is an experiential investigation where the problem that has to be treated through an interactive tutorial was directly observed
