Resumen
La administración y control de la información de los diferentes procesos que se realizan dentro de un bufete jurídico, son elementales para la generación de resultados de una empresa, la cual busca siempre la aceptación y satisfacción de sus clientes y abogados.
El objetivo del presente proyecto es desarrollar una aplicación web que es capaz de gestionar y controlar la bitácora diaria de los trámites de un bufete jurídico para que sus clientes y abogados verifiquen sus trámites en línea desde la web, optimizando tiempo, recursos y obteniendo a diario su información. Mediante la integración herramientas open source que es el lenguaje de programación PHP, una base de datos MySQL y un servidor web que permite cumplir con el objetivo de este proyecto de titulación, logrando que un bufete jurídico y clientes tengan un cambio de gestión a sus trámites y permitir que ambos se beneficien con el aplicativo web. Podemos concluir y sostener que el desarrollo de este proyecto de investigación resulta factible y de gran aporte para la informática en la automatización de la información en procesos jurídicos, basada a las pruebas realizadas y opinión sobre el producto final que se brinda al personal administrativo y abogado que son nuestros principales beneficiados. Fomentando el interés en la comunidad jurista y de los beneficios que generan en sus diversas áreas para el desarrollo de futuros proyectos de software innovadores, que partirán en base a esta propuesta.
The administration and control of the information of the different processes that are carried out within a legal firm, are elementary for the generation of results of a company, which always seeks the acceptance and satisfaction of its clients and lawyers. The objective of this project is to develop a web application that is able to manage and control the daily log of the procedures of a legal firm so that their clients and lawyers verify their online procedures from the web, optimizing time, resources and obtaining daily your information. Through the integration of open source tools, which is the PHP programming language, a MySQL database and a web server that allows the fulfillment of the objective of this titling project, achieving that a legal firm and clients have a management change to their procedures and allow both to benefit from the web application. We can conclude and argue that the development of this research project is feasible and a great contribution to computerization in the automation of information in legal processes, based on the tests and opinion on the final product that is provided to the administrative staff and lawyer who are our main beneficiaries. Fostering interest in the legal community and its various areas for the development of future innovative software projects, which will be based on this proposal.
