Propuesta para realizar la migración de telefonía análoga a digital con la finalidad de mejorar la calidad de servicio en locales de comida rápida en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Resumen
Previo al desarrollo de este trabajo de titulación se evidenció que
había una gran necesidad de realizar un cambio para mejorar la calidad del
servicio de llamadas de locales de comida rápida, medio por el cual se toma
la orden para el servicio a domicilio a los clientes, ya que presentaba
repetidas incidencias como ruidos durante la llamada, llamadas sin audio,
llamadas con retorno, entre otras. Concretamente, se determinó la
posibilidad de realizar la migración del servicio de telefonía tradicional a
telefonía de voz sobre protocolo de internet luego de hacer un análisis del
diseño de la red existente; se hizo una recopilación de datos con varios
instrumentos de la investigación como investigación de campo,
bibliográfica, la conversación informal y la observación natural. Se
examinaron los costos de la plataforma de telefonía fija actual y los de la
plataforma telefonía IP a proponer en función del consumo previamente
determinado y se establecieron los requerimientos de los servicios de
telecomunicaciones, además de proponer un diseño con el
dimensionamiento adecuado de la plataforma de telefonía IP, con la
finalidad de brindar un mejor servicio de llamadas y evitar la pérdida de
clientes. Al finalizar este trabajo se concluyó que con esta tecnología se
puede solucionar problemas como interferencia, ruido, retorno.
Prior to the development of this work it was evident that there was a great need to make a change to improve the quality of the service of calls of fast food places, means by which the order is taken for delivery service to customers, since it had repeated incidences as noises during the calls, calls without audio, calls with return, among others. Specifically, the possibility of migrating from traditional telephone service to voice telephony over internet protocol was determined after an analysis of the design of the existing network; a collection of data was done with several research instruments such as field research, bibliography, informal conversation and natural observation. Were examined the costs of the current fixed telephony platform and those of the IP telephony platform to propose according to the consumption was determined and established the requirements of the telecommunications services, in addition to proposing a design with the appropriate sizing platform of IP Telephony, in order to provide a better call service and prevent the loss of customers. At the end of this work it has been concluded that with this technology can solve problems like interference, noise, return.
