Resumen
Este estudio se centra en el bajo desempeño escolar lo cual influye en
diferentes factores ambientales, motivo de preocupación tanto para
docentes, padres de familia y autoridades a nivel local y nacional. El bajo
desempeño escolar suele darse por diversos factores ambientales como
factores emocionales, pedagógicos y psicológicos, la falta de valores desde
el hogar que afectan no solo la vida estudiantil sino el diario vivir. El bullying,
el racismo, la clase social entre otros. Mediante la culminación de este
proyecto se dará a conocer los distintos factores o escenarios que suscitan
a un bajo desempeño escolar. Es importante educar desde el hogar para
que cuando se llegue a la vida estudiantil se lo haga en armonía, con
entusiasmo sin buscar defectos, solo virtudes esto permite ayudar al mejor
desempeño escolar. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva, aplicando la
técnica bibliográfica, de encuesta a directivos, docentes y padres de familia
de la Escuela De Educación Básica “Eugenio Espejo”, los métodos
utilizados fueron el Inductivo y deductivo. Para lo cual se recopilo en que el
bajo desempeño escolar se debe a distintos factores ambientales tales
como la violencia intrafamiliar, la despreocupación de los padres hacia la
educación de los hijos, la falta de dinero en los hogares, la droga que está
proliferando en las Unidades educativas, entre otros. Dentro de la
propuesta se pretende plantear con el fin de mejorar en los distintos
aspectos del proceso de educación aprovechando la tecnología, los medios
digitales, el internet, todos estos recursos llevados de forma correcta serán
un gran apoyo en la enseñanza estudiantil.
This study focuses on low school performance which influences different environmental factors, a cause of concern for teachers, parents and authorities at local and national level. Poor school performance is often due to various environmental factors such as emotional, pedagogical and psychological factors, the lack of values from the home that affect not only student life but daily living. Bullying, racism, social class among others. Through the completion of this project will be announced the different factors or scenarios that lead to poor performance in school. It is important to educate from the home so that when it reaches the student life it is done in harmony, with enthusiasm without looking for defects, only virtues this allows to help the best school performance. The research is descriptive, applying the bibliographical technique, of survey to managers, teachers and parents of the School of Basic Education "Eugenio Espejo", the methods used were Inductive and deductive. In order to do so, we find that poor school performance is due to different environmental factors such as domestic violence, parents' lack of concern for children's education, the lack of money in homes, the drug that is proliferating in Educational units, among others. Within the proposal is intended to raise in order to improve in the different aspects of the education process taking advantage of technology, digital media, the internet, all these resources carried out correctly will be a great support in student education.
