Resumen
NCSISTELCORP S.A. es una empresa que se desempeña en un entorno
empresarial en constante crecimiento y en continuo mejoramiento de las políticas
administrativas, financieras, tendiente en todo momento a un desarrollo incesante
de competitividad, reconoce la importancia de contar con un manual de funciones
administrativas acorde a sus necesidades. El manual de funciones propone servir
de soporte en situaciones como: el reclutamiento de personal, proporcionando
información conforme al cargo, otorgará descubrir el potencial del postulante acorde
a los perfiles requeridos para el puesto, y luego de la contratación fijar las funciones
que el nuevo empleado deba cumplir, lo que significaría en un óptimo rendimiento
del empleado en el cargo asignado conforme a su conocimiento y perfil, aportando
de esta forma a lograr el alcance de las metas administrativas de la empresa. El
propósito de esta investigación es el diseño de un manual de funciones que sirva
como elemento de apoyo.

After the hiring fixed functions that must comply the employee, this would mean an excellent employee performance in the assigned position according to their professional knowledge and profile, helping to achieve the administrative goals of the Company. The propose of this investigation is the design of a functions manual that Works like a support element.
