estudio de todos los elementos que forman el objeto de investigación;
With the technological and scientific advances in dentistry in recent years by tooth loss has decreased apical lesions considerably due to endodontic treatment , however the failure of such treatment or prevention of the realization of the same for various reasons it has caused resort to professional extraction (removal ) of the tooth affected by the apical , originating in the future if there is no refund for the same time occlusion disturbances occur and hence a problem in oral health. The following research aims to teach or complement the knowledge of the student or professional to It can perform not only for performing an accurate diagnosis periapical surgery, but also to determine the technical and suitable material for surgical treatment . For the realization of this research were used the following methods: Analytical Method since the elements are distinguished a phenomenon and proceeds to neatly review each separately ; inductive method and the conclusion is drawn from the study of all the elements that form the subject of research; Deductive Method , as concepts , definitions, laws or presented general rules , from which conclusions are drawn . As a result of this research is expected to change the thinking of the future dentists or professionals when choosing the extraction and treatment rooms with apical lesions . The loss of teeth leads to future alterations and disorders health of patients , therefore, the dentist must exhaust all possibilities before resorting to extraction.
