CONSTRUCTOS PERSONALES EN LA FORMACIÓN DE LA IDENTIDAD EN LAS MUJERES ATENDIDAS EN EL CDID EN LA CIUDAD DE GUAYAQUIL

Resumen
Este trabajo de “Análisis de Casos” fue realizado en el Centro de Docencia e Investigación para el Desarrollo Humano y el Buen Vivir (CDID), entre Octubre a Febrero del 2018, con la participación de cuatro mujeres que mostraron en sus relatos vivenciales formaciones y reestructuraciones de constructos personales. Se enmarcó con un enfoque cualitativo, de alcance descriptivo y se utilizaron instrumentos como: fichas de datos sociodemográficos, entrevistas semiestructuradas a las usuarias, registros de observaciones, test proyectivos y test de la personalidad.
Estas mujeres recurrieron a terapia psicológica con diferentes motivos y demandas en los que contaban con constructos que inevitablemente eran fruto de su experiencia pasada, en estas sesiones el terapeuta actuó como agente validador, proporcionando un delicado equilibrio entre validación e invalidación. El terapeuta acompaño a las usuarias tras la invalidación y el consiguiente proceso de reconstrucción que conlleva la formación de la identidad, bajo la percepción de estas mujeres que fueron estudiadas al combinar eventos del ciclo familiar, con sus trayectorias en el ámbito: laboral, social y personal, ellas se identifican con las responsabilidades que todos estos dominios exigieron a través de estas construcciones, sobre las decisiones que ellas tomaban a través de las circunstancias que eran expuestas, en la que ellas manifestaban brindar protección a su familia y también mostraban dependencia emocional, al querer sentir respaldo de sus parejas, hijos y requerir el amor, apoyo y reconocimiento de los demás, estas mujeres son altamente moldeadas por su contexto y por los eventos que se les presentan, siempre regidas por no atravesar tantos cambios que generen incomodidad
This "Case Analysis" work was carried out in the Center for Teaching and Research for Human Development and Good Living (CDID), between October to February 2018, with the participation of four women who showed formations and experiences in their stories restructuring of personal constructs. It was framed with a qualitative approach, descriptive in scope and used as instruments such as: sociodemographic data sheets, semi-structured user interviews, observation records, projective test and personality test. These women resorted to psychological therapy with different motives and demands in which they had constructs that inevitably were the fruit of their past experience, in these sessions the therapist acted as a validating agent, providing a delicate balance between validation and invalidation. The therapist accompanied the clients after the invalidation and the consequent process of reconstruction that involves the formation of the identity, under the perception of these women who were studied by combining events of the family cycle, with their trajectories in the field: labor, social and personal, they identify with the responsibilities that all these domains demanded through these constructions, about the decisions that they made through the circumstances that were exposed, in which they stated to offer protection to their family and also showed emotional dependence, When wanting to feel support from their partners, children and require love, support and recognition from others, these women are highly shaped by their context and by the events that are presented to them, always governed by not going through so many changes that generate discomfort
