Propuesta de mejoramiento para la Gestión de Operaciones y Logística en la Empresa Balpisa Ecuador de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Resumen
La elaboración de este trabajo investigativo consistió en el elaboración de un manual de
funciones, políticas y procedimientos para el departamento de gestión de operaciones y
logística de la empresa BALPISA, determinando y especificando las funciones y
responsabilidades de cada miembro del departamento. Para ellos se realizó el respectivo
planteamiento del problema, estableciendo los objetivos a alcanzar en la investigación y
estudiando las principales bases teóricas que permitan sustentar lo desarrollado en la
investigación. Por otro lado, se realizó el respectivo levantamiento de la información para su
posterior análisis, de tal manera que se pudo obtener una vista interna de los problemas a los
que se está enfrentando el departamento. Todo lo estudiado y expuesto terminó en la
elaboración del manual con el fin de optimizar los procesos del departamento y minimizar los
errores que se cometían al momento de realizar las actividades de la empresa. Finalmente, las
conclusiones y recomendaciones dieron cierre a la investigación y condensaron los resultados
obtenidos y esperados, acotando aspectos que no se trataron en el desarrollo del documento
pero que se mencionan en las recomendaciones.
The elaboration of this investigative work consisted in the elaboration of a manual of functions, policies and procedures for the department of management of operations and logistics of the BALPISA Company, determining and specifying the functions and responsibilities of each member of the department. For them the respective approach of the problem was made, establishing the objectives to be reached in the investigation and studying the main theoretical bases that allow to sustain the developed in the investigation. On the other hand, the respective information was collected for further analysis, so that an internal view of the problems the department is facing could be obtained. Everything studied and exposed ended in the preparation of the manual in order to optimize the processes of the department and minimize the errors that were committed at the time of carrying out the activities of the company. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations closed the investigation and condensed the results obtained and expected, delimiting aspects that were not addressed in the development of the document but that are mentioned in the recommendations.
