Resumen
El presente trabajo analiza los problemas exógenos en la comercialización
de arroz (Oryza sativa) en el cantón Daule, provincia del Guayas; enfocado
específicamente en los recintos Guarumal y Las Maravillas. El objetivo de
este trabajo fue analizar la articulación comercial del arroz en el cantón
Daule, provincia del Guayas y plantear mecanismos que contribuyan a
mejorar las condiciones de esta actividad agrícola. Para este análisis se llevó
a cabo encuestas descriptivas respondidas por agricultores del cantón Daule
en un muestreo no probabilístico por juicio de expertos, cuya técnica de
recolección de datos es de tipo primaria (fuente directa). Los datos obtenidos
se procesaron e interpretaron con gráficos de barra. Al final del trabajo, se
obtuvo como resultados datos de costo de producción, ingresos por
hectárea, utilidad y rentabilidad del productor de la zona, lo cual ayudó en el
análisis final comparativo con los precios manejados por los organismos de
control gubernamentales.
The present work analyzes the exogenous problems in the marketing of rice (Oryza sativa) in the canton of Daule, province of Guayas; specifically focused on the Guarumal and Las Maravillas enclosures. The objective of this work was to analyze the commercial articulation of rice in the canton of Daule, province of Guayas, and to propose mechanisms that contribute to improving the conditions of this agricultural activity. For this analysis, descriptive surveys were carried out, answered by farmers of the Daule canton in a non-probabilistic sampling by expert judgment, whose data collection technique is of the primary type (direct source). The data obtained was processed and interpreted with bar graphs. At the end of the work, results of production cost, income per hectare, utility and profitability of the area's producer were obtained, which helped in the final analysis comparative with prices managed by government control agencies.
