Resumen
Considerando que la necesidad fundamental del CRG JC GUAYAS es contar con
una administración de activos fijos eficiente con la finalidad de brindar servicios médicos
de calidad y satisfacer a sus pacientes, es por ello que se hace necesario adquirir un modelo de
control de activos fijos que garantice la optimización de los recursos mediante la implantación
de normas y lineamientos.
La CRG JC GUAYAS, consiente de su problemática requiere el presente manual de activos
fijos que contiene políticas, registros y procedimientos orientados a reformar el manejo de los
bienes muebles presentes en las diferentes áreas de la entidad; que permitan específicamente
el control de adquisición, ingreso, transferencia, baja, mantenimiento y valoración de bienes.
El objetivo principal de este proyecto es diseñar un manual de control de activos fijos que
permita mejorar la administración y ejecución de tratamientos médicos, evitando pérdidas
económicas
Considering that the fundamental need of CRG JP GUAYAS is to have an efficient fixed assets administration in order to provide quality medical services and satisfy its patients, it is therefore necessary to acquire a fixed asset control model that guarantees the optimization of resources through the implementation of standards and guidelines. CRG JP GUAYAS, aware of its problems requires this manual of fixed assets that contains policies, records and procedures aimed at reforming the management of personal property present in the different areas of the entity; that specifically allow the control of acquisition, income, transfer, low, maintenance and repair of goods. The main objective of this project is to design a manual for the control of fixed assets that allows improving the administration and execution of medical treatments, avoiding economic losses and low prestige. To carry out the study and analysis of the information, we will elaborate surveys to the officials of the different areas of the entity, the same ones that will help to solve our problem
