Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación en este estudio del caso lleva por título “La Reparación Integral por parte del Estado a las víctimas de error judicial”, busca hacer un análisis sobre las normativas legales relacionadas con la reparación integral a los derechos vulnerados a las víctimas de error judicial en un proceso legal, la dificultad que pueda haber en el momento de buscar reparar los derechos de la víctima, las razones por las que debe ser reparado, además un análisis de quienes deben de ser los administradores de justicia, el perfil que deben de tener y como debe ser su proceder.
The present research work in this case study is titled "The Integral Reparation by the State to the victims of judicial error", seeks to make an analysis on the legal regulations related to the integral reparation to the rights violated to the victims of judicial error in a legal process, the difficulty that may exist at the time of seeking to repair the rights of the victim, the reasons why it must be repaired, in addition to an analysis of who should be the administrators of justice, the profile that should be to have and how should be its.
