Resumen
El presente trabajo está enfocado en el análisis para la creación de un taller multimarca y almacén de repuestos para tractores agrícolas en el Cantón Daule que ofrezca el servicio de mantenimiento y reparaciones en el taller y a domicilio y la venta de repuestos en el mismo lugar con su respectiva garantía, motivo por el cual se realizó un estudio de mercado con la finalidad de obtener información relevante para estudiar las preferencias que sirvan de base para el proyecto.
Los estudios realizados arrojan como resultado que es factible la aplicación de este proyecto debido a que la mecanización de la producción agrícola en nuestro país va en aumento, lo cual ofrece la oportunidad de incursionar en este mercado aún creciente, siendo rentable por el tipo de servicio innovador que se brindará, dándole una ventaja competitiva versus nuestros principales competidores.
Para ello, se realizó un plan fundamentado en la calidad y precios del servicio y producto, brindando garantías en repuestos y mano de obra lo cual representa un ahorro de tiempo y dinero al propietario del tractor. Se consideró todo el factor influyente en el desarrollo del proyecto demostrando financiera y comercialmente la rentabilidad y vialidad del presente proyecto.
The present work is focused on the analysis for the creation of a multi-brand workshop and spare parts store for agricultural tractors in Canton Daule, which offers maintenance and repairs in the workshop and at home and the sale of spare parts in the same place; Which is why a market study was conducted in order to obtain relevant information to study the preferences that serve as the basis for the project. The studies carried out show that it is feasible to apply this project because the mechanization of agricultural production in our country is increasing, which offers the opportunity to enter this still growing market, being profitable by the type of service Innovation that will be delivered, giving it a competitive advantage versus our main competitors. For this, a plan based on the quality and prices of the service and product was made, providing guarantees on spare parts and labor which represents a saving of time and money to the owner of the tractor. All factors that influenced the development of the project were considered financially and commercially demonstrating the profitability and roadworthiness of the present project.
