This study is a quasi-experimental, longitudinal prospective, I performed in order to demonstrate the changes in the single-root canal dentin permeability, the sample consisted of 30 teeth with radiographic diagnosis. They were divided into three groups of 10 each: 10 Teeth, irrigated with EDTA, 10 Tooth, irrigated with: MTAD and 10 teeth, irrigated with 15% citric acid, They take digital radiographs each. The store in bottles with 17% formaldehyde for 72 hours for hydration, we access coronary spherical strawberries and preparation of the input with Gates Glidden drills 1, 2, and 3.Procedemos to delete the contents of the tubes with files type K # 8 and # 10, We made the apical crown technique with hand files # 8, 10 and 15 K, we use rotary instruments ProTaper Maillefer house according to the manufacturer. The teeth are taken to a thermocycling brand GENIUS TECHNE MODEL FGENO2TP, Laboratory of Biotechnology, Faculty of Medcina. At temperatures between 5 and 55 degrees centigrade that keeps an atmosphere of 100% humidity at 300 cycles, there remain for 12 hours. To keep track of measurements was created a table neatly divided into thirds and 4 faces. V = vestibular, M = mesial, D = distal, and L = lingual. 2 were taken as measures concerning the first step MT (measured total duct) and the second M STAINING total extent of staining), the results of the study were: more evidence the substance EDTA staining in the single-root canal dentin permeability in a% of 100%. Lesser extent the MTAD, followed by 15% citric acid.
