Resumen
Esta investigación fue realizada con el fin de identificar la prevalencia de Pancreatitis aguda en pacientes jóvenes adultos del Hospital León Becerra Camacho en el periodo de 2015-2017, puesto que es un cuadro clínico que pone en riesgo la vida de las personas que la padecen sino recibe el diagnóstico y tratamiento oportuno. Si se tiene conocimiento de todas las causas y consecuencias que se derivan de ella, se podrá dar una mejor atención por parte del equipo médico del Hospital León Becerra Camacho.
La investigación comprende diferentes etapas que inicia desde la recopilación bibliográfica para conceptualizar la pancreatitis aguda, posteriormente se hace un análisis de los datos otorgados por el departamento de estadística del hospital para establecer los resultados respectivos y proceder a la elaboración de tablas y gráficos que permitan integrar todas las variables estudiadas para su fácil interpretación.
Finalmente se concluyó con que existe una prevalencia de periodo del año 2015-2017 de 0,33% de pacientes jóvenes adultos con PA de la totalidad de casos estudiados.
