Resumen
En el año 2008 el mundo entero presenció la crisis financiera de los EE.UU. que poco tiempo
después se iba a convertir en el derrumbe de la economía mundial que, hasta la fecha de la
presente investigación, se encuentra presente en la economía ecuatoriana. Seguido, la caída de
las importaciones, comercios, la desinversión y aplazamiento de la obra pública, afectando
directamente a compañías promotoras inmobiliarias y empresas constructoras que se
beneficiaban de la alta demanda inmobiliaria, producto del financiamiento del Banco del IESS
(BIESS) con facilidades de pago y plazos adecuados según el presupuesto de cada ciudadano.
El objetivo de la investigación es diseñar estrategias para la administración de trabajo en la
empresa JBCPROYEC.S:A. El estudio fue de carácter experimental correlacional de tipo
cuantitativo, con un método deductivo cuyo resultado y por medio del análisis estadístico la
hipótesis propuesta fue aceptada. La población estuvo conformada por 25 distribuidoras
comerciales, ubicadas en el suroeste de Guayaquil en el sector de orquídeas. Mediante la
elaboración del organigrama y de los flujogramas, se estandarizan los diferentes procesos y
áreas de la empresa, reflejando el flujo de información desde las áreas y la frecuencia con la
cual deben ocurrir, planteando la necesidad de que las informaciones contables fluyan
diariamente.

Followed by the fall in imports, commerce, disinvestment and postponement of public works, directly affecting real estate development companies and construction companies that benefited from the high demand for real estate, as a result of financing from the IESS Bank (BIESS) with facilities for payment and adequate terms according to the budget of each citizen. The objective of the research is to design strategies for the management of work in the company JBCPROYEC.S: A. The study was of correlation experimental nature of quantitative type, with a deductive method whose result and through statistical analysis the proposed hypothesis was accepted. The population was conformed by 25 commercial distributors, located in the southwest of Guayaquil in the sector of orchids. Through the elaboration of the organization chart and the flowcharts, the different processes and areas of the company are standardized, reflecting the flow of information from the areas and the frequency with which they must occur, raising the need for the accounting information to flow daily.
