Resumen
Es objeto del presente estudio establecer la factibilidad económica y financiera para la
apertura de una sucursal en el cantón de Bahía de Caráquez, provincia de Manabí de la
cooperativa de ahorro y crédito “Fernando Daquilema”. Para ello, se realizaron
conceptualizaciones de las variables de interés logrando identificar requisitos legales, factores
económicos y financiero, entre otros; así como identificar las necesidades técnicas, operativas,
financieras y económicas para el óptimo funcionamiento del presente proyecto. La ejecución e
implementación a futuro permitirá la generación de nuevas plazas de empleo en dicho cantón. El
diseño en el cual se estructuró la investigación es no experimental. Se elaboró una encuesta a
personas residentes o habitantes del cantón de Bahía de Caráquez, provincia de Manabí a fin de
conocer la percepción y preferencia de ahorro, montos de ahorro o de solicitud de crédito,
confianza y establecer a los competidores. Finalmente, se determina que el proyecto es viable lo
que brindará alternativas financieras a los habitantes y residentes del cantón de Bahía de
Caráquez, provincia de Manabí para desarrollar actividades económicas, nuevos
emprendimientos o para consumo.
The object of the present study is to establish the economic and financial feasibility for the opening of a branch in the Bay of Caráquez, Manabí province, of the "Fernando Daquilema" savings and credit cooperative. To do this, conceptualizations of the variables of interest were made, identifying legal requirements, economic and financial factors, among others; as well as identifying the technical, operational, financial and economic needs for the optimal functioning of this project. The implementation and implementation in the future will allow the generation of new jobs in said canton. The design in which the research was structured is non-experimental. A survey was made to residents or inhabitants of the Bahía de Caráquez canton, province of Manabí, in order to know the perception and preference of savings, amounts of savings or credit applications, trust and establish competitors. Finally, it is determined that the project is viable which will provide financial alternatives to the inhabitants and residents of the Bahía de Caráquez canton, province of Manabí to develop economic activities, new ventures or for consumption.
