Resumen
Al comenzar el trabajo de titulación con mi tema la acción civil por daño moral, nos encontramos con diferentes directrices, relacionadas con la mala fe de las personas hacia el prójimo, el daño causado, las formas que hay de engañar, abusar de las palabras cuando es necesario mantener un criterio de manejar las situaciones con mucho tino, con tantas demandas debido a falta de conocimiento de las personas sobe el tema. Cuando una persona comete este tipo de lesiones que van más allá de una simple des compensación en lo económico, es en realidad ver que ataca al ser mismo de la persona, puesto que gran parte de las formas de causar un mal ósea un perjuicio en su salud, porque no solo es el hecho de lograr el cometimiento del delito, sino, más bien el de conseguir el deterioro de la esencia que es manchar la honra de ese ser.
