caninos y terceros molares.
This work is included in the graduation rate the same descriptive research that leads us to identify characteristics of the object of study in this case is the extraction need space indicated by the existence of a tooth gear, it has been to identify the cause and effect They are called impacted teeth ( including teeth , impacted ) those once normal arrival time of eruption are locked within the jaws , maintaining the integrity of his sack peri physiological coronary . The " tooth retention " can occur in two ways: the tooth is completely surrounded by bone tissue ( interosseous retention) or tooth is covered by gingival mucosa ( subgingival retention ) . Any of temporary , permanent or supernumerary teeth, can be retained in the jaws. Temporary retention is exceptional. called secondary inclusion may be possible by mechanical action neighboring teeth , which reintroduced the temporary tooth within the bone where it came from . Under these conditions one can accept the term including the mechanism of secondary inclusion But there are a set of them , which are more prone to be retained in other words, there are a number of teeth at which it bears the pathology of impacted teeth : such are the canines and third molars.
