Anemia y miomatosis uterina en mujeres atendidas en el Hospital Universitario desde enero a diciembre del 2017

Resumen
La miomatosis uterina es el tumor benigno más frecuente en mujeres en edad reproductiva, razón por la cual es motivo de investigación, siendo el presente un estudio cuyo fin es la determinación de anemia y miomatosis uterina en mujeres en edad reproductiva, para lo cual se desarrolló un etudio: Descriptivo, Retrospectivo, de corte Transversal, realizado en el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil, en el período: Enero a Diciembre 2017. El propósito final es desarrollar una propuesta de carácter preventivo que permita disminuir el impacto de esta patología en mujeres con factores de riesgo. Entre los hallagos encontrados: “La Miomatosis Uterina es frecuente en edad reproductiva con: Ingresos económicos bajos, antecedentes de familiares (78.48 %), uso de terapia hormonal 75.95 %), la menarca temprana incide en un (64.56 %), su pico es mayor entre los 29 a 38 años (67.09%). En función del tratamiento el 51.90% de las pacientes recibió tratamiento clínico y un 48.10% quirúrgico. Como mecanismos reductores el tabaquismo y multiparidad disminuyeron la incidencia de miomas en un (69.62%), y (44.30%) respectivamente. Como conclusión final afirmamos que: La Miomatosis Uterina si incide en la génesis de Anemia en mujeres en edad reproductiva atendidas en el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil.
The uterine myomatosis is the most frequent benign tumor in women of reproductive age, which is why it is a research subject, being this a study whose purpose is the determination of anemia and uterine myomatosis in women of reproductive age, for which it was developed an etudy: Descriptive, Retrospective, cross-sectional, carried out in the University Hospital of Guayaquil, in the period: January to December 2017. The final purpose is to develop a proposal of preventive character that allows to diminish the impact of this pathology in women with factors risky. Among the finds found: "Uterine Myomatosis is frequent in reproductive age with: Low economic income, family history (78.48%), use of hormonal therapy 75.95%), early menarche affects one (64.56%), its peak is older between 29 and 38 years old (67.09%). Depending on the treatment, 51.90% of the patients received clinical treatment and 48.10% of the patients received surgical treatment. As reducing mechanisms, smoking and multiparity decreased the incidence of fibroids in one (69.62%) and (44.30%) respectively. As a final conclusion, we affirm that: Uterine Myomatosis does affect the genesis of Anemia in women of reproductive age treated at the University Hospital of Guayaquil.
