embolismo pulmonar 8 %.
The result of this study was that the predominance of the disease is in the male sex; The literature states that after the age of 25 the frequency of acute appendicitis gradually declines among men, the prevalence of atypical pain does not coincide with that reported in the literature, the highest percentage of complications of appendicitis comes from rural areas most likely For the difficult abscess to a hospital of specialties. The result of leuco gram was mostly positive with 60% which guides a more accurate diagnosis but does not decrease the risk of complications. The most frequent complication of the study population was wound sepsis with 30% and the least frequent but no less dangerous was thrombo-embolism pulmonary 8%.
